The telephone stand appeared in an advertisement about 1915. The small catalog above and "smoker" line below date from the late 1920s, as do the metal-lined waste baskets and the baronial Nevasmok. The "Cricket" at bottom was a perennial Cushman favorite, and can still regularly be spotted on eBay. It sold for $3.95 in this advertisement from the 1950s.
