This page is intended to serve as a forum for discussion and for posting materials about the future of the relationship between the Village of North Bennington and the Town of Bennington. At the Village Annual Meeting in March 2006, voters directed the Village Trustees to explore the possibility of becoming a separate municipality from Bennington. At present, North Bennington is a chartered village within the Town of Bennington.
